Job Description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales to support our sales team by providing technical expertise and solution design during the sales process. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, present product demonstrations, and design IT solutions that align with their goals.

You will act as the bridge between the client's business requirements and our technical offerings, ensuring alignment and presenting compelling value propositions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Conduct product presentations, live demos, and proof-of-concept sessions tailored to client needs. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation. Understand and articulate the company's products, services, and technical architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Design customized IT solutions that meet customer business objectives using the company's product portfolio. Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer needs and market trends. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and calls as a technical expert. Support onboarding of new clients during the handover from sales to implementation teams. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 1+ year of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales support. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and demo skills with both technical and business audiences. Team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with proposal writing, creating technical documentation, and delivering demos. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Very good knowledge in IT Products; Cisco, Fortinet, DELL, HP...etc.
