SymphonyAI is seeking an experienced and strong Presales Consultant who is enthusiastic about selling ITSM/ESM/ITAM/Service Automation/Agentic AI/Co-Pilot business solutions and shall work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs and act a sales expert who lays the groundwork to acquire customers and support clients throughout the sales process.
Pre-Sales consultant primary focus shall be prospecting, responding to RFPs, developing proposals, technical compliance, presentations, demo to customers and selling SUMMITAI's solutions along with focus on research and validation. Candidate should possess excellent technical, sales negotiations, and relationship-building skills to exceed the sales performance target.
