Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in the real estate sector, specifically in the secondary market and/or off-plan sales. The role will be primarily focused on working with clients, providing them with property details, and guiding them through the pre-sales process to help close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients through inbound leads and self-generated leads. Provide information about available properties, both off-plan and secondary market units. Assist clients in understanding the features, benefits, and potential of properties to encourage sales. Coordinate property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to sales. Work closely with the marketing department to leverage inbound leads and support sales campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Regularly update property listings and client records in the CRM system. Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on secondary and off-plan market properties. Provide market insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the real estate market, with a focus on the secondary market and/or off-plan sales. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling client interactions effectively. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including areas such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills, and Damac. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with both inbound and self-generated leads. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation:

Basic Salary: 3,000 AED for the first 2-3 months. Commission Structure: 40% commission on company leads and 60% on personal leads for the first 2-3 months. Afterward, a 50/50 commission split for all leads. Commission is uncapped, and higher commissions are available based on performance.
