About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Executive/Specialist to support our sales team by understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Qualification: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and qualify leads for the sales team.
? Product Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
? Proposal & Documentation: Assist in creating proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documents.
? Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their pain points and propose suitable solutions.
? Collaboration with Sales & Tech Teams: Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
? Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
? CRM Management: Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system to track engagement and progress.
