About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and client?focused Premium Property Specialist to manage high?value transactions within Abu Dhabi's luxury real estate market. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in delivering exceptional service, building long?term relationships, and guiding clients through premium property investments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high?net?worth clients and provide expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing of premium properties. Conduct property viewings, consultations, and negotiations with a focus on luxury residential and investment assets. Provide detailed market insights, pricing strategies, and tailored property recommendations. Prepare and present high?quality property listings, proposals, and investment briefs. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, exclusive events, and premium client outreach. Ensure all real estate activities comply with UAE regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long?term relationships with high?net?worth clients. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi premium property market is preferred. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle. RERA or similar certification is an advantage. Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently.
