Responsibilities

Represent and promote premium residential and commercial properties to local and international clients Provide expert guidance on property selection, market trends, and investment potential Conduct private viewings and consultations, ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and investors Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations Stay informed about premium market developments, pricing strategies, and exclusive listings Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and property presentations
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in premium or luxury real estate sales Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and high-end developments Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of closing high-value transactions Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage Professional appearance and commitment to client confidentiality Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
