We are seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Luxury Property Specialist

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will specialize in high-end real estate, catering to affluent clients and investors seeking premium properties. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for professionals who excel in luxury property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent and market luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals and investors. Provide expert guidance on exclusive real estate opportunities in Abu Dhabi. Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess property investment potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with elite clients, developers, and financial institutions. Negotiate contracts and facilitate high-value transactions efficiently. Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and economic developments affecting luxury real estate. Promote luxury properties through various marketing channels, including networking events and digital platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in luxury real estate sales

(minimum 3-5 years preferred). Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's luxury real estate market, investment regulations, and economic trends. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
