Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Premium Property Specialist to join our expert team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of the UAE property market, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients seeking premium real estate options.

Key Responsibilities

Represent high-end residential and commercial properties to local and international clients Conduct property viewings and provide tailored consultations based on client needs Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors Stay informed on market trends, premium developments, and investment opportunities Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and integrity Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to support sales campaigns and documentation Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium or luxury segments Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
