Job Opening: PR & Marketing Executive - Arabic Speaker | Dubai

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for a marketing powerhouse who lives and breathes creativity. You'll be the connector between our brand and the public -- from influencers to media houses, from customers to content creators. We're looking for someone who can craft compelling narratives, amplify our presence, and create a buzz both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

PR & Brand Visibility Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, bloggers, and key local personalities Pitch stories and coordinate interviews, press releases, and media kits Handle event PR and manage pre/during/post media coverage Marketing Execution Support the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns across branches Collaborate with the internal team for content creation, visual merchandising, and promotional materials Track, report, and optimize campaign performance Influencer Marketing Identify, vet, and collaborate with influencers, especially Arabic-speaking creators Manage all stages of influencer campaigns, from outreach to posting and reporting Community Engagement Act as a brand ambassador, representing Bakerist at events and activations Engage with customers, creators, and media in a way that feels warm, human, and on-brand Arabic Content & Communication Translate or write marketing copy and social content in Arabic when needed Ensure that our brand resonates with Arabic-speaking audiences
Who You Are:

A fluent Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English A marketing all-rounder with 2-4+ years of experience in PR, brand marketing, or F&B lifestyle A people person - sociable, charismatic, and confident in networking and public speaking Highly creative, trend-aware, and full of fresh ideas Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment - flexibility and hustle are a must Strong understanding of Dubai's media, influencer, and lifestyle landscape
