Our client, a multinational Engineering Manufacturing organization is currently seeking a Public Relations Manager German speaking. You will be directly reporting to the Managing Director
Mission and main challenges
Develop and implement the corporate communication and PR activities for the company. Provide a positive organizational image of the company in the Middle East to the press, general public, clients, shareholders and the community. Write and edit organizational publications, speeches, arranges interviews, and maintain other forms of public contact. Manage closely any external appointed PR Agency. Produce as needed internal company communications, such as newsletters. In addition, involvement in special events or any other activities that company's Middle East supports in order to gain positive public attention through the press.
Responsibilities/Tasks and Customers

• Develop and improve the PR strategy and planning
• Implement and manage a PR structure and process at company's ME
• Ensure that the dealer network is in line with the corporate direction of the company in the ME and with regards to PR and ensure that appropriate media coverage is undertaken by the markets. Also support the dealer network in all PR activities
• Manage company's corporate image in the Media, including the Strategic positioning of the brand and the Managing Director.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media in the region in particular the automotive press
• Continually extend the awareness of company's with lifestyle media, business media and economic media etc and continue to look for new opportunities to expand exposure.
• Organization of press conferences, international, regional and local press events as well as motor show press days.
• Maintenance of PR library of press information (press texts, pictures, footages, technical data, model range information)

Person Profile The holder of the position is responsible for his/her own actions within the framework of the duties assigned to him/her. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
Strong communication and organizational skills; Proven professional and clear communication skills with multiple stakeholders; Proficient in Word/ Excel/ Power Point and other relevant application;
Language Skills: Excellent German and English a must, both oral and written; Arabic is an added advantage; Familiarity with Middle East Region
