Job Responsibilities: * Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients * Work with top experienced professionals in the industry to plan new releases and develop innovative strategies to meet clients\' needs * Build relationships with readers and advertisers to ensure that our content is reaching the right audience and generating revenue for our clients * Sell advertising space to German advertisers, based on their media and marketing needs * Manage our existing portfolio of clients and develop new relationships to build your own portfolio * Collaborate with internal teams, including editorial and design, to ensure that content and advertising are aligned with clients\' goals * Keep up-to-date with industry trends and share insights with the team to inform future strategies * Maintain accurate records of project timelines, budgets, and results, and report regularly to senior management Qualifications: * Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal * Strong sales skills and a proven track record of success in a sales role * Project management experience in the media industry, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels * Strong organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Knowledge of the German media and advertising landscape, with a strong network of contacts in the industry * Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving * Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications Working Hours: We offer a flexible and dynamic work environment that rewards innovation and creativity.
