Role Summary
The PR and Influencer Executive is responsible for developing and executing impactful PR campaigns and influencer partnerships that align with Marks & Spencer's brand identity. The position requires close collaboration with agency partners, media outlets, influencers, and internal teams to generate high-quality content that drives customer engagement, increases brand visibility, and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted PR campaigns that enhance brand positioning in both fashion and food segments.
  • Build relationships with editors, influencers, and media partners to secure relevant coverage and collaborations.
  • Manage influencer marketing initiatives to deliver authentic, conversion-driven content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
  • Coordinate seasonal press events, influencer activations, and brand campaigns.
  • Oversee in-store events and community engagement programs to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Serve as the main liaison with mall management for promotional activations and brand inclusion opportunities.
  • Track and analyze media exposure, influencer engagement, and campaign effectiveness to measure success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marks & Spencer UK, M&S AFG buying teams, and the AFG Central Digital team to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Maintain daily coordination with brand merchandisers and provide regular campaign performance reports.
  • Manage agency partners, event budgets, and ensure projects are executed on time and on brand.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, influencer management, or brand communications, preferably within fashion or retail.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing tools, and media monitoring systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and relationship management abilities.
