UAE Employment Type Full-time We are seeking a skilled Power Automate & Copilot Studio Developer with strong English communication skills to work onsite in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, automating, and optimizing business processes using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), and Copilot Studio. The role requires a deep understanding of automation, chatbot development, and integration with Microsoft 365 and third-party applications. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA).- Develop and deploy AI-powered chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.- Analyze process requirements and design automation solutions.- Troubleshoot and optimize workflows and chatbots.- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.- Provide documentation, training, and support.- Collaborate to identify and automate workflows. Required Skills & Experience- 2+ years of experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.- Strong knowledge of RPA, API integrations, and data connectors. : Power Automate & Copilot Studio Developer- Experience in chatbot development with Microsoft Copilot Studio.- Familiarity with PowerApps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure services, and Dataverse.- Scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or PowerFX.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent English communication skills.- Onsite client-facing experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-500, PL-600).- Experience in banking, finance, or enterprise automation.- Knowledge of AI and machine learning integrations.
