Job Purpose: Intelligent Automation Specialist

with expertise in the

Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI)

,

Copilot Studio (AI-based automation and chatbot development)

,

SharePoint

, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve decision-making through data-driven insights. Additionally, the candidate must possess

hands-on experience with Yardi integrations and data schema

to facilitate seamless integration between Yardi's property management platform and enterprise automation solutions. The role will also involve collaborating with

Enterprise Architecture (EA)

and

Business Architecture (BA)

teams to align automation initiatives with the organization's

processes, operating models, and technology landscapes

while ensuring proper data governance and integration standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Intelligent Automation and Power Platform Development

Design, develop, and maintain low-code/no-code applications using

Power Apps

to solve business challenges. Automate workflows and business processes using

Power Automate

(formerly Microsoft Flow) to streamline operations. Build, train, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using

Copilot Studio

to improve customer interactions and internal processes. Develop reusable components and templates to standardize automation across business units.

2. Copilot Studio and AI Integration

Leverage

Copilot Studio

to create AI-powered virtual agents with natural language processing (NLP). Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases to ensure seamless functionality. Continuously refine and improve AI models based on user feedback and performance metrics.

3. SharePoint Management and Integration

Design and manage document management systems and intranet portals using

SharePoint Online

. Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint for improved data storage, workflow management, and collaboration. Manage SharePoint permissions, security settings, and content governance policies.

4. Data Analytics and Visualization using Power BI

Design interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using

Power BI

. Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to create insightful business reports. Develop and optimize data models to support self-service BI and enterprise reporting. Implement real-time data monitoring to support decision-making and business intelligence.

5. Yardi Integration and Data Schema Management

-Yardi API Integration and Automation

Design and implement integrations between

Yardi Voyager

and

Power Platform solutions

to automate workflows and data exchanges. Utilize

Yardi APIs (SOAP/REST)

to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into various enterprise applications. Develop and maintain custom APIs or middleware for integrating Yardi with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

-Yardi Data Schema and Data Management

Analyze and optimize

Yardi data schemas

to ensure data consistency and reliability. Understand and manage Yardi database structures, including

property, lease, tenant, and financial data models

. Ensure seamless integration of Yardi data with Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting platforms. Conduct periodic audits and validation of data accuracy between Yardi and downstream applications.

- Performance Optimization and Error Handling

Optimize Yardi data processing performance by tuning integration pipelines and data models. Implement error-handling mechanisms and maintain data integrity across integrated systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to Yardi data models, APIs, and automation workflows.

6. Collaboration with Enterprise and Business Architecture (EA/BA)

-Aligning Automation with Enterprise and Business Architecture

Work closely with the

Enterprise Architecture (EA)

and

Business Architecture (BA)

teams to ensure that automation solutions align with the organization's

business, application, data, and technology architectures

. Contribute to the

definition, documentation, and implementation of business processes and operating models

to ensure automation efforts fit within the organization's enterprise structure. Ensure that business process automation aligns with business capabilities, value streams, and operating models.

- Contributing to Integration and Process Orchestration

Assist in the

integration of automation solutions

with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases to enable seamless data flow and process orchestration. Define and refine

end-to-end workflows and business processes

that integrate automation solutions across multiple systems. Collaborate with EA/BA teams to map business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend automation opportunities that align with business objectives.

7. Business Process Automation and Digital Transformation

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and process improvement areas. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies. Establish

automation roadmaps

that align with the organization's

digital transformation objectives

8. Solution Support and Maintenance

Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions and Copilot implementations. Monitor and optimize solution performance to ensure scalability and reliability. Conduct user training and documentation to ensure effective adoption of solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in automation specialist

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Designing and developing enterprise automation solutions. Implementing AI-powered virtual agents and intelligent chatbots. Creating and managing SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows. Building and maintaining enterprise-grade Power BI reports and dashboards.

Hands-on experience with Yardi API integration and data schema management.

Working collaboratively with

Enterprise and Business Architecture teams

to ensure solution alignment with EA/BA frameworks.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: PowerBI / Fabric Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (Optional but advantageous) Yardi Voyager Certification (Preferred but optional)
