We are seeking a skilled Power Automate; Copilot Studio Developer with strong English
communication skills to work onsite in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience in developing, automating, and optimizing business processes using Power
Automate, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), and Copilot Studio. The role requires a
deep understanding of automation, chatbot development, and integration with Microsoft 365
and third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows
(RPA) to automate business processes.
Develop and deploy AI-powered chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio to
enhance user experiences.
Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse,
Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
Work with business teams to analyze process requirements and design efficient
automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Automate workflows and chatbots to
improve performance and scalability.
Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are met while implementing
automation solutions.
Provide documentation, training, and support to end users on automation solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate business workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience working with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Copilot
Studio, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong knowledge of workflow automation, RPA development, API integrations,
and data connectors.
Experience in developing chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrating
them into business processes.
Proficiency in PowerApps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure services, and
Dataverse is a plus.
Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or PowerFX for
automation enhancements.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze business processes for
automation.
Excellent English communication skills - ability to interact with stakeholders,
document requirements and provide training.

Prior experience working in an onsite client-facing role is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-500, or PL-
600).
Experience working in banking, finance, or enterprise business process
automation is a plus.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning integrations within automation
solutions.
