We are seeking a Devises Manager to lead our Poultry Devices and Technology Solutions Portfolio team in our Company\xc2\xb4s Animal Health Division. The candidate will be responsible for leading the regional team in the maintenance, sales, and integration of the poultry devices such as in-ovo machines and breast injectors, as well as the Technology Solutions portfolio, including SenseHub Poultry, a monitoring and diagnostics tool. The candidate will report to the EURAM Commercial Poultry Lead.

Responsibilities:

Lead the regional matrix team responsible for maintaining, selling, and integrating poultry devices and Technology Solutions portfolio into customer\'s systems.

Work closely with the Commercial Poultry Lead to align on regional strategy and achieve business targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team in driving device and Technology Solutions portfolio sales.

Ensure the team provides technical training and support to customers on device and Technology Solutions portfolio integration and usage.

Work closely with the Global Technical team to provide feedback on device and Technology Solutions portfolio performance and suggest improvements.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to device and Technology Solutions e portfolio sales and usage.

Manage the team\'s budget and resources to achieve business targets.

Build and maintain a culture of accountability and teamwork within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, with a focus on mechanical or electrical engineering.

Minimum 7 years of experience in the animal health industry, with a focus on poultry devices and Technology Solutions\' portfolio.

Strong technical understanding of poultry devices and their maintenance requirements.

Proven experience in sales of poultry devices and Technology Solutions portfolio.

Experience in working in a matrix structure and a multicultural environment.

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and provide financial proposals to multi-country customers.

Fluent in English and proficiency in at least one other European language.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
