Job Summary:
We are hiring a hardworking and reliable Pottery Assistant, preferably same field experienced, to support our pottery studio in daily tasks. You will help in preparing clay, assisting in making pottery items, cleaning the workspace, and helping during classes or events.
Key Responsibilities:
Help prepare clay and materials for pottery work
Assist potters in shaping, trimming, and glazing ceramic items
Clean tools, tables, and work area regularly
Load and unload items into the kiln (furnace)
Assist during workshops or pottery classes
Follow safety rules in the studio
Help with packing and labeling finished products
Requirements:
No experience required, but basic knowledge of pottery is a plus
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Hardworking, honest, and responsible
Physically fit to lift clay and tools
Can work alone or with a team
