Post Contract Quantity Surveyor – Uae

Job Description
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar
- Must have prior site engineering experience
- 7+ years total experience, 3+ years UAE-based
- Strong fit-out and main contractor project exposure
- Client-side or consultancy background preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, CostX or similar software
- Manage post-contract cost reporting and commercial performance
- Assess and certify subcontractor payments and variations
- Handle claims, disputes, and final accounts
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, and client representatives
- Monitor budget vs. actual and forecast project costs
- Prepare cost/value reconciliations
- Support procurement and tender reviews as needed
- Ensure compliance with contract terms (FIDIC knowledge preferred)
