We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient "Postage Officer f/m" to join our team. You will work closely to coordinate and complete position's tasks as follow:

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient "Postage Officer f/m" to join our team. You will work closely to coordinate and complete position's tasks as follow:
- Ensure handily postage management and coordination;
- Reception, registry and guidance of site visitors;
- Participate to FCM tasks whenever needed e.g. assets counting, renovation; works coordination, company car handover/return, etc.
Qualifications
- Degree in secretariat;
- First experience preferred in Postage/Office management;
- Knowledge in postage flows;
- Secretariat/registry skills;
- Microsoft office for reports.
