To organize the maintenance of assigned buildings/properties in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions to the required standards to maximize the occupancy rate and generate the optimum returns for the respective stakeholders.

Team Supervision
Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
Promote the organization's values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value driven within the bank.
Budgeting and Financial Performance
Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost- effective service.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet FGB-NBAD and department requirements, policies and quality standards.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Undertake regular routine quality inspections on the common areas of assigned buildings to ensure managed properties are maintained to the required standard and the AMCs are fulfilled.
Manage the guarantees of any External Service Providers (ESPs) with regards to defects.
Prepare quality inspection reports for the FM department which identify areas requiring refurbishment and any capital expenditure required.
Arrange the check-out quality inspection of the assigned properties/units after vacating and organize any remedial works or renovation together with repainting and deep cleans.
Undertake regular routine inspections of hard and soft services undertaken by External Service Providers (ESPs).
Log any request or issues raised by the tenants into the CMS via the Call Centre.
Escalate any major issues to the Manager, FM -Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Complete a Contractor Evaluation & Performance Checklist during any interaction with External Service Providers (ESPs) undertaking remedial site works or whilst responding to reactive service requests/complaints.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma in FM or MEP is required.
Minimum Experience
Seven years' relevant experience in engineering or maintenance.
