Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end sales and operations of POS systems (software and hardware).
Lead, supervise, and support a team of
5+ sales and technical professionals
.
Drive business growth through strategic sales planning and market penetration across retail, hospitality, and service sectors.
Manage client relationships, conduct demos, close sales, and coordinate installations.
Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sale support.
Monitor competitor activity, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reporting on KPIs, sales pipeline, and market feedback to management.
Coordinate closely with technical, product, and customer support teams.
Stay updated on latest POS trends and technology innovations.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in POS software and hardware sales.
Demonstrated experience managing a
team of 5 or more
.
Bilingual
- fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Valid
UAE driving license
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the UAE retail tech and POS landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
