Pos Field Support Executive Dubai
Job Description
Visit 10-15 clients a day
Provide field support on POS machines
Install POS machines
Maintain continuous focus on providing exceptional service to the Merchants
Provide high quality and timely solutions to all Merchants, system installations and troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance, systems conversions and upgrades.
Thoroughly and timely document inquiries and resolutions, following standard operational procedures
Follow up on submitted inquiries through to presentment of resolution
Engage and coordinate with internalsupportteam to resolve query.
System configuration, setup and testing
Create Knowledge Base articles / technical notes as solutions are identified
Provide training and guidance to Merchants
Prioritize time and projects, working independently
