Field Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and closing deals in the electronics and IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sales channels: retailers, resellers, telcos, B2B, and SMBs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings, virtual calls, and consistent follow-ups.
Execute strategic business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct lead generation, cold calling, and pipeline management to drive consistent revenue growth.
Collaborate with distribution partners and internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless sales operations.
Plan and implement promotional strategies in coordination with the marketing team.
Analyze market trends and sales data, prepare forecasts, and deliver insights to management.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to expand network and stay updated on trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, especially within
electronics, computer accessories, or related tech products
Strong knowledge of product features, technical specs, and market dynamics in the electronics sector
Experience with
CCTV systems
is a strong plus
Track record of success in channel development and expanding dealer/partner networks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
Proficiency in
CRM systems
, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
Preferably with a valid UAE Driver's License
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales of electronics, computer accessories, and related products
Strong understanding of product features, technical specifications, and market trends in the electronics industry
Professional experience with CCTV systems is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability in
channel development and dealer/partner network expansion
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
