We're Hiring: Community Support Executives (x2) | Dubai Office

is expanding its Dubai team! We're on the lookout for two sharp, crypto-savvy Community Support Executives who can help our growing user base navigate the ever-evolving world of blockchain.

Location: Dubai (In-House Only)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Availability: Immediate

Visa Status: Must hold your own visa

Salary: AED 3,000-4,500 (Negotiable based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

-Guide users on how to add crypto networks to popular wallets like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.

-Offer clear, professional support across Telegram, Discord, and other community platforms

-Troubleshoot user issues with patience and precision

-Provide written and verbal responses that match our tone and commitment to excellence

-Keep up with blockchain trends to provide the most current guidance

What You'll Need:

-Strong understanding of crypto wallets, networks, and tokens

-Excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken

-Ability to stay cool under pressure and explain technical concepts simply

-Experience with online communities or customer support is a major plus

-Based in Dubai with your own visa
