Job Description

We are currently headhunting for a prestigious government entity based in the UAE. This role aims to maximize value and provide strategic support for investments, collaborating with stakeholders & conducting portfolio analysis to drive informed decisions and foster strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Directs & supervises the coordination with other relevant departments recommend actions & strategic directions aiming at enhancing Companies asset portfolio performance & ultimately, value to the Shareholders
- Support and assistance to other relevant departments in implementing investment, divestment or other asset portfolio optimization action aiming at enhancing asset portfolio
- Appraises new business development opportunities within oil & gas and prepare business cases for approval to Investment Program Committee
- Assists in development and review of economic evaluation for Financial Planning & Capital planning exercise to maintain competitive positioning
- Leads the process of building and updating guidelines for economics evaluation
- Prepare business cases for approvals from Investment Program committee, Investment committee & ELT for all capital projects & concessions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance or related studies.
- CPA, CFA, MBA would be advantageous
- Relevant 15 years Oil & Gas experience
- Very strong financial modelling skills
