Job Description
OPERATIONS MANAGER (Oil & Gas Terminal Plant) Description: Provide technical expertise, support and guidance to the HTL terminal network in areas related to operational efficiency, budgets and cost performance. Responsible for developing, reviewing, integration and optimisation of processes and practices, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines in line with Operations Excellence strategy of continuous performance improvement and coherence throughout all operating terminals. Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of all corporate programmes and initatives associated with the Operations Excellence strategy.
- Monitor resource performance and contribute to shift system and resourcing improvement.
- Assist the respective terminals with implementing adequate risk based preventive and standby maintenance systems and procedures that ensure continuity of operations.
- Establish pre hand-over operating procedures for terminals under construction. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering with 8 years minimum experience in a Management level at an Oil/ Petrochemical Terminal or Refinery.
- Some exposure of working at a corporate/ group level in more than one geographical area would be an advantage.
- A good command of latest tank storage industry regulatory requirements and best practice operating practices is essential.
- Must be fully computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of MS office applications and Share point.
- Preferably from (I)ndia or (F)ilipino (Male) \xe2\x80\x93 Age 35 and above.
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role for storage terminal plant with IFR Tanks.
- Minimum experience of at least 8-10 years in Oil & Gas Industry.
- In-depth knowledge on best oil and gas filed procedure and practices.
- With outstanding organizational & communication skills.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (Required).
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
