Researching the healthcare industry to find good investment opportunities like medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare services. Looking at financial documents, like company statements, to see if an investment is a good idea. Helping senior team members with the process of checking out potential investments, which includes looking at legal papers, doing financial analysis, and figuring out what risks and chances there are. Helping to set up deals, talking about terms, and making sure everything is okay before the deal is finished. Keeping an eye on companies we\xe2\x80\x99ve already invested in, seeing how they\xe2\x80\x99re doing, and thinking about when might be a good time to sell our shares. Making friends with important people in the healthcare world, like investors, bankers, and experts. Keeping up with what\xe2\x80\x99s going on in healthcare, like new rules and new technology.
Requirements: A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or something similar (Having a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or a related field is good). At least 2 years of experience working in jobs like investment banking or private equity. Being good with numbers and understanding how to make financial models (Like figuring out how much a company is worth). Being really good at doing research and checking details.
