Position Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented entry level Portal Listing Coordinator to manage property listings on platforms like Property Finder and Bayut. A background in marketing or IT will be beneficial for success in this role. You'll ensure accurate listings, manage credits and costs, generate performance reports, and collaborate with the team to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and other portals
Monitor listing credits, costs, and reconcile budgets
Analyze performance reports and suggest improvements
Verify listing accuracy and ensure compliance
Collaborate with agents and provide portal-related training
Qualifications:
Background in marketing or IT
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software
Familiarity with portal listing management is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of UAE real estate market is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
