Key Responsibilities:
Property Listing Management: Upload and update property listings on multiple online portals.
Data Entry & Accuracy: Ensure property details such as pricing, descriptions, photos, and features are accurate and aligned with client specifications.
Market Research: Monitor online property listings to stay updated on competitive pricing, trends, and market shifts.
Content Optimization: Optimize listings for better visibility on real estate platforms by using relevant keywords, captivating descriptions, and high-quality images.
Lead Management: Respond promptly to queries or leads generated from the portal listings, passing on quality leads to the sales team or handling them directly when applicable.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management about listing performance, including views, inquiries, and conversion rates.
