Listing Agent

to join our dynamic team.

This role focuses on sourcing new listings, engaging property owners, and managing the full listing lifecycle for sales and rentals, with the opportunity to work closely with both sellers and buyers. Sellers Agents will receive qualified leads and have the potential to close deals on both sides, earning commissions accordingly. You will work in a target-driven environment with strong support from our marketing and portal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact property owners to secure listings for sale or rent Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and buyers, providing opportunities to close deals on both sales and rentals Conduct property evaluations and advise owners on pricing strategies Provide clients with detailed market analyses and investment insights Apply strong

tele sales experience

to connect with property owners and generate new listing opportunities Guide owners through every stage of the

sales and leasing

process Track listing performance and provide regular updates to clients Ensure all documentation and listing agreements comply with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations Collaborate with sales and leasing teams during negotiation and transaction processes

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a Listing Agent in a real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi Strong knowledge of the

Abu Dhabi property market

, pricing trends, and local communities Proven

tele sales or telemarketing experience

- confident and comfortable on calls Hands-on experience with both

sales and leasing

transactions Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Valid

UAE driving license

ADM (Abu Dhabi broker) license

is preferred or currently in process.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
