We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Adding & Listing Agent
to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading, managing, and maintaining accurate property listings across various platforms, ensuring maximum exposure and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Add and manage property listings on CRM and online property portals.
Ensure all property information, images, prices, and descriptions are accurate and appealing.
Coordinate with photographers and marketing teams for quality visual content.
Liaise with property owners and agents to gather necessary documents and approvals.
Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with portal standards.
Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements for visibility.
Stay informed about current market trends and competitors' listings.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a real estate listing or admin role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good written communication and attention to detail.
Familiarity with real estate portals, CRM systems, and MS Office.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
UAE driving license is a plus.
