to join our kitchen team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare porottas consistently while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook parottas/parathas as per standard recipes and portion sizes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area.
Ensure all food items are prepared on time and served fresh.
Follow all food safety and health regulations.
Assist in preparing other related items, if required.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to meet daily food preparation targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Porotta Maker in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment (minimum 2 years preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
