The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing authentic, soft, and flaky porottas, maintaining quality and consistency in a busy kitchen setting.
Key Requirements:
Prepare traditional porottas with the right texture, softness, and flavor.
Manage dough preparation, rolling, and cooking on tawa or griddle.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation and cooking areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to meet order requirements timely.
Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience making porottas in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Skilled in traditional methods of porotta preparation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic English communication skills are a plus.
