Job Overview
As a Pool Attendant, you will ensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of guests using the pool and recreational facilities. The role involves maintaining a clean environment, monitoring guest activity, promoting safety, and offering assistance when needed. You will help create a positive, welcoming space for all guests to enjoy.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding recreation areas
• Monitor guest activity to ensure safe use of the pool and fitness facilities
• Enforce facility rules and handle situations where guests require assistance
• Fold and stock towels and assist with basic facility setup
• Report safety hazards, injuries, or incidents promptly to supervisors
• Provide emergency response and first aid until medical support arrives
• Support overall guest satisfaction through polite, professional interaction
• Assist individuals with disabilities as needed
• Uphold brand and property standards for hygiene, communication, and appearance
• Handle and move equipment or supplies up to 25 pounds

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• CPR and First Aid Certification (must be current or obtained upon hiring)
• Local compliance certifications as required
• Friendly, observant, and energetic personality
• Strong physical ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Commitment to guest safety and satisfaction
