Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Pool Attendant to oversee the safety and cleanliness of our pool area. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that all guests adhere to pool rules and regulations, maintaining the pool area and equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities:

Monitor pool area to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations Maintain cleanliness of pool area, including restrooms and showers Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment and report any issues to management Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including answering questions and addressing concerns Enforce pool rules and regulations, including ensuring that all guests are properly attired and that no food or glass containers are brought into the pool area Assist with pool parties and events as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
