Job Description
:
Set up and organize lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels daily. Greet guests courteously, offer assistance, and provide information about amenities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and beach areas, including removing trash and soiled towels. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules. Report maintenance needs, unsafe conditions, or guest concerns to management promptly. Support pool/beach events or activities as directed. Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service preferred. Ability to work in outdoor environments for extended periods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organization and time management skills.
