We are seeking a qualified and proactive

Site Engineer

to manage the technical execution of

swimming pool and landscaping works

on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong engineering knowledge, on-site coordination skills, and experience in both MEP and civil aspects of pool and landscape construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site execution of swimming pool and landscaping works Review and implement project drawings, BOQs, and specifications with attention to detail Coordinate and inspect the installation of pool filtration systems, plumbing, waterproofing, lighting, and tiling Oversee landscape works including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and outdoor lighting Ensure proper sequencing of works between civil, MEP, and landscape activities Verify material quality and ensure work is carried out as per project standards and client requirements Conduct site inspections with consultants and resolve technical issues on site Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site documentation, and quality control records Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and foremen to maintain project schedule Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Landscape Engineering

10+ years of UAE/GCC experience

in swimming pool and landscaping project execution Solid understanding of pool filtration systems, MEP works, irrigation networks, and landscape materials Proficient in reading shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; Primavera or MS Project is a plus Knowledge of DEWA, DM, and Trakhees standards is an advantage Valid UAE driving license required.
