Commercial
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Polymers and MEAF market
- Achieve sustainable market development in targeted applications
- Develop new customers/ applications/ segments
- Maximize value addition by focusing on value added developments
- Help building pipeline of sales opportunities
- Develop new territories, develop new markets for existing applications
- Gather market intelligence, trends, and drivers
- Knowledge of managing promotional activities
- Implementation of strategic marketing initiative as agreed with Senior leadership management
- Collaborate with marketing sales to develop new customers /applications
- Work in tandem with technology team on prioritizing trials, addressing quality issues, new product developments at customers
- Develop effective working relationship with Customer support
- Eager to do more

- Minimum 5 years of sales / marketing experience in Polymer or Chemical or Petro Chemical Industries.
