Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing HEAD OF SALES for our Real estate. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement
  • Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Requirements and skills:
  • Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Sales head in reputed Real Estate Company. (Secondary market/Developer/ primary market)
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive project/ developer information in U.A.E
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

Experience:
