We are looking for a high-performing HEAD OF SALES for our Real estate. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement
Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Requirements and skills:
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Sales head in reputed Real Estate Company. (Secondary market/Developer/ primary market)
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
