Job Title: PMV Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Coordination:

Manage the deployment, maintenance, and logistics of construction equipment and vehicles across multiple high-rise projects.

Maintenance Oversight:

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules with workshop teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

Inventory & Procurement:

Monitor stock levels of spare parts, consumables, and tools. Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required items.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all PMV operations comply with UAE safety regulations and internal company standards. Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.

Operational Support:

Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to meet equipment needs and resolve technical or logistical issues.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance history, fuel consumption, and cost tracking.

Fleet Management:

Oversee mobilization and demobilization of machinery between sites. Track vehicle movements and ensure proper documentation.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance status, and cost analysis for senior management.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 5-10 years of experience in PMV coordination within the construction industry Strong understanding of heavy equipment used in high-rise construction (e.g., tower cranes, hoists, concrete pumps) Familiarity with UAE safety and regulatory standards Proficiency in maintenance tracking software and MS Office Excellent organizational and communication skills UAE driving license (preferred)
