The PMO Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing portfolio management activities across all capital projects--including development projects, major CAPEX initiatives, and other strategic programs within the Company. The role ensures alignment with organizational strategy, drives project governance, and maintains oversight on planning, reporting, risk, and compliance.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
Experience
10+ years of experience in project management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management within a real estate development or construction environment.
