Position : Head of Marketing & Communications - Real Estate / Property Developer
Location : DUBAI, UAE
Salary : AED 30,000 - AED 40,000 + Annual Benefits
Our Client, a well-established real estate and property development company, founded in 1995, is seeking a highly accomplished Head of Marketing to lead and drive its marketing strategy across the UAE.
SKILLSETS : * Masters/Bachelors in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
- Min 10-12yrs of UAE experience in Real Estate/Property Developer is a must
- Proven experience in Marketing & Communications in Real Estate is mandatory
- Strong understanding of local Real Estate Market as well as latest trends in digital, social and the application/use of AI is essential
- Excellent Communication skills, Leadership skills, Decision Making skills, Analytical skills & Financial acumen is a must
- Implement effective Marketing Strategy & understanding Competitor Information
- Develop a proper content aligning to PR, Media & Communication
- Enhancements of new digital & social applications
- Maximize broker engagement & participation
- Optimizing Marketing Campaigns / Events on regular basis
- Efficiently manage Financial Budget for the marketing & communications department
- Ensure that the marketing & communications team complies with all real estate regulations and laws
