Job Purpose To implement transformation strategy by drawing together expertise in the program and project management disciplines and delivering the following:
Design of project programs and individual projects, including scope, tasks and timeline
Delivery of project programs and individual projects
Progress tracking and reporting
Following the set transformation agenda
Job Responsibilities
Manage the process and tools for monitoring, tracking and reporting on the overall transformation projects for UD
Develop and implement tracking and reporting tools for core business programs in partnership with the group transformation office, HR, IT and external vendors
Design project, programs, scopes and timelines, identify tasks and assign task owners
Update dashboards, tools, and system and ensure regular and timely updates through close coordination with stakeholders
Lead collection and organization of relevant data for initiative planning and analysis
Monitor projects/programs progress against plan and flag delays
Identify and highlight issue that merit further investigation
Track financial and non-financial costs and benefits (impact) of initiatives and overall projects
Drive momentum by ensuring accurate and timely distribution of communication and reports to stakeholders
Ensure all project documentation is update to date and easily accessible in central repository
Serve as program manager for select programs
Coordinate stakeholders engagement and prepare agendas for meeting
Ensure TMO tools and system are followed and reported on timely basis and projects/programs are progressing as planned
Job Requirements Qualifications
Master Degree or higher, preferably in business administration or finance field
Experience
Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in automotive, preferably in operational consulting company (lean management, TPS etc.)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management
Deep understanding of project design, transformation and initiative management
Experience of managing high performing teams
