About the Role

Faze 3 Consulting is seeking an experienced

IT PMO Lead

for an exciting assignment with one of our prominent clients in Abu Dhabi. This is a strategic role where you will establish and lead the IT Project Management Office, driving best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery assurance across a diverse portfolio of IT initiatives.

You'll play a central role in shaping project delivery and digital transformation across areas such as infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, and next-gen applications.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and embed PMO frameworks, standards, templates, and governance processes. Provide oversight and assurance across the full lifecycle of IT projects and programs. Track delivery performance, project risks, and portfolio KPIs through real-time dashboards. Engage with stakeholders to align projects with business goals and digital priorities. Define success metrics including business value realization and ROI. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.

What We're Looking For

10+ years in IT project/program delivery, with 3+ years in a PMO leadership capacity. Strong experience across IT domains: infrastructure, digital transformation, cybersecurity, software delivery, etc. Proven ability to establish or mature a PMO function. PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification required; Agile/Scrum credentials desirable. Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
