Job Description

  • Programme Governance: Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent project execution and adherence to project management methodologies. This includes engaging with both existing BAU PMO within ATG and vendors PMO.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor risk indicators and escalate critical concerns as necessary.
  • Performance reporting: Develop and maintain program-level reporting mechanisms, including dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries. Consolidate project-level
  • reports into a comprehensive programme report, highlighting KPIs, milestones, and risks/issues. This includes building steering committee and / other packs to support the programme manager.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance processes along with the QA Manager, to ensure deliverables meet defined standards.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of project documentation, processes, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Change Management: Support change management initiatives by contributing to and executing on communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of programme progress.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and programme by identifying opportunities for streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency,
  • and promoting best practices, including conducting lessons learned sessions for deliveries to feed into other streams of work
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure their deliverables align with program goals and expectations. Monitor vendor performance against performance metrics.
  • 8 to 10 years of project/programme management/PMO, with at least 3 years of experience of PMO in a complex ERP transformations and/or cloud SaaS implementations with integrations to multiple in-house and external systems
  • A relevant University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience as a PMO Lead \xe2\x80\x93 PgMP\xc2\xae and PMP\xc2\xae (or similar) certifications would be an added advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication, especially in the areas of teamwork, stakeholder management, and ability to influence; ability to facilitate dynamic meetings and discussions.
  • Have strong knowledge of processes across multiple business functions.
  • Successfully managed programmes over several years in relevant business environment
  • Proven knowledge of technical, commercial and organizational issues that impact Programme strategy and planning
  • Thorough understanding of project/Programme management techniques and methods
  • Knowledge of change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management.
  • Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
