Job Objective
Manages multiple projects of varying complexity across the organization. Ensures project management best
practices are followed or directly managed projects & programs. Promotes proper project management culture
across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
General Responsibilities
Strategy Contribution
  • Ensures alignment of project reporting with ADX strategic priorities.
Guidance
  • Provide subject matter expertise, advice, and share knowledge with the team members to support their overall
development.
  • Provide guidance to directly managed project sponsor and stakeholders to ensure positive project outcome.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
  • Follow PMO Department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned job responsibilities so
that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Continuous Improvement
  • Continuously identify improvement related to the job specific responsibilities.
Reporting
  • Ensure that all directly managed project reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet ADX
requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Demand Management
  • Provide support to management during demand management process for T-Shirt sizing efforts and conducting
early analysis.
Portfolio Management:
  • Perform project planning and management for complex strategic organization-wide programs (for Directive
role in projects)
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director.
Resource Management
  • Responsible for resource plan for directly managed projects.
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director.
  • Manage stakeholders alignment for projects through effective communication and decision making.

Risk & Issue Management
  • Responsible for risk & issues for directly managed projects
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director
Project reporting management:
  • Responsible for providing all relevant information in Weekly Status Reports for directly managed projects
  • Presents project status in POMC for directly managed projects if required
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director
Change Request Management
  • Responsible for CRs for directly managed projects
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director
Project Financials Management
  • Responsible for Project Financials for directly managed projects
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director
Quality Management
  • Responsible for project compliance as per ADX standards and methodologies for directly managed projects
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director
Document Management
  • Responsible for Document Management for directly managed projects
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director
Dependency Management
  • Responsible for Dependency Management for directly managed projects
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director
ADQ Scorecard Reporting
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director
ADX Risk & Audit log
  • Responsible for Audit & Risk Observations for directly managed projects
  • Provides input & support as requested by Manager/ Director
Direct Project Management
  • Responsible for project delivery for directly managed projects
  • Responsible to adhere to PMO standards & processes
Benefit Realization
  • Ensures targeted benefits are clearly defined in the business case document prior to kicking off projects under
direct control.
Develop PMO Standards & Methodologies
  • Responsible to adhere to portfolio standards, methodologies, and tools.
  • PMO support to train and coach key stakeholders to adhere to PMO standards and methodologies
  • Responsible to train and coach key stakeholders of directly managed project in order to adhere to PMO
standards and methodologies.
Specific DDO Responsibilities
  • Managing and delivering enterprise technical and business projects thru agile methodology using scrum
framework.
  • Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
  • Planning, scheduling and monitoring the projects\xe2\x80\x99 activities.
  • Delivered data program on cloud preferably on Azure Data capabilities
  • Delivered data governance projects including data mastering, visualization, transformation, data migration,
ingestions, high availability, data cleansing and data lineage.

  • Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures.
  • Manages the entire life cycle of the project by Outlining, defining, and initiating the project & project
progress
  • Ensuring project complies with organizational Objectives , best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other
policies.
  • Verifies application results and ensure quality assurance of Technologies implemented.
  • Preparing RFP and laisse for all necessary meeting to facilitate product POCs, vendor selection and products.
  • Ensures tracking of the key milestones, addresses problems, risks, risk plans and prepares project reports for
the senior management.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Delivered in business intelligence program
  • Sprint Planning, Scrum standups, Grooming, Retrospective.
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Serving as a liaison between project/product and development.
  • Manage high-visibility projects across multiple business divisions
  • Plan and organize the pace of deliveries
  • Allocate resources to bolster team efficiency
  • Develop budgets and set project deadlines

manager and in line with business requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in one of the following majoring in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Essential Qualification/certifications: Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE 2 are
preferred.

  • Must have Minimum 5-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in end to end project management
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Proven proficiency in managing hybrid projects (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Plan and implement projects. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables. Define tasks and required
resources. Manage budget, Allocate project resources, Create a schedule and project timeline, Track
deliverables, Support and direct team, Monitor and report on project progress, Present to stakeholders
reports on progress as well as problems and solutions, Implement and manage change when necessary to
meet project outputs.
