Provide support to management during demand management process for T-Shirt sizing efforts and conducting
early analysis. Portfolio Management:
Perform project planning and management for complex strategic organization-wide programs (for Directive
role in projects)

Responsible for resource plan for directly managed projects.

Manage stakeholders alignment for projects through effective communication and decision making.

Responsible to train and coach key stakeholders of directly managed project in order to adhere to PMO
standards and methodologies. Specific DDO Responsibilities
Managing and delivering enterprise technical and business projects thru agile methodology using scrum
framework.
Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
Planning, scheduling and monitoring the projects\xe2\x80\x99 activities.
Delivered data program on cloud preferably on Azure Data capabilities
Delivered data governance projects including data mastering, visualization, transformation, data migration,

Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures.
Manages the entire life cycle of the project by Outlining, defining, and initiating the project & project
progress
Ensuring project complies with organizational Objectives , best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other
policies.
Verifies application results and ensure quality assurance of Technologies implemented.
Preparing RFP and laisse for all necessary meeting to facilitate product POCs, vendor selection and products.
Ensures tracking of the key milestones, addresses problems, risks, risk plans and prepares project reports for
the senior management.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Serving as a liaison between project/product and development.
Manage high-visibility projects across multiple business divisions
Plan and organize the pace of deliveries
Allocate resources to bolster team efficiency
Develop budgets and set project deadlines

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in one of the following majoring in Project Management or equivalent.
Essential Qualification/certifications: Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE 2 are

Experience in delivering Data related projects
Must have Minimum 5-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in end to end project management
Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
Proven proficiency in managing hybrid projects (Agile/Waterfall)
Plan and implement projects. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables. Define tasks and required
resources. Manage budget, Allocate project resources, Create a schedule and project timeline, Track deliverables, Support and direct team, Monitor and report on project progress, Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions, Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
