Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Plumbing Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate plumbing and drainage works at construction sites. The role requires hands-on supervision to ensure all plumbing installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily plumbing activities including water supply, drainage, sanitary, and storm water systems. Manage plumbers and helpers, assign tasks, and monitor workmanship and productivity. Ensure installations comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and UAE standards. Coordinate plumbing works with other MEP trades and civil teams to avoid clashes. Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure timely completion of works. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safe working practices on site. Identify material requirements, raise requests, and control material usage. Support testing, commissioning, and authority inspections; ensure prompt closure of snags. Maintain daily reports, inspection records, and as-built documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications

5-7 years of experience as a Plumbing Supervisor in construction projects (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices. Familiarity with local authority requirements such as DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, or equivalent. Ability to manage manpower and work under tight project schedules. Good communication and coordination skills.
