Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing and minor electrical works.
Lead the plumbing team in installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems, water supply networks, drainage, and sanitary fixtures.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with
UAE regulations
and project specifications.
Prepare and submit daily work reports and material requests.
Read and interpret mechanical/plumbing drawings and technical manuals.
Monitor manpower allocation and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and proper usage of tools and PPE.
Collaborate with project engineers, main contractors, and consultants.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Identify and resolve plumbing issues proactively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
