Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in high-rise building construction

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Primary Objective of Position:

The Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in high-rise construction projects. The role ensures that all plumbing works are executed in compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Coordination:

Oversee and manage plumbing system installations, testing, and commissioning on-site. Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other trade supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Assign tasks to plumbing technicians and monitor their performance.
Technical & Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all plumbing installations adhere to project specifications, Dubai Municipality codes, and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify defects. Verify material requirements, check inventory, and ensure proper usage. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving plumbing system issues.
Safety & Compliance:

Ensure that all plumbing works follow safety guidelines and best practices. Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures at the worksite. Maintain records of plumbing activities, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare daily work progress reports and submit them to the Site In-Charge. Maintain proper documentation of material usage, work completion, and compliance reports. Assist in preparing plumbing-related handover documents.
Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, pipework, and drainage systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving plumbing issues. Knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and safety protocols. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Other Requirements:

Flexibility to work in different project locations across UAE. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
