IMEP is seeking an experienced

Plumbing Supervisor - MEP

to oversee plumbing installations for our diverse construction projects. In this role, you will manage all plumbing work on-site, ensuring compliance with standards, schedules and client requirements while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate plumbing installations including potable water, drainage and irrigation systems. Review and interpret shop drawings and ensure all plumbing work is executed according to specifications. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage and lead the plumbing team, ensuring optimal performance and timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and other trades to facilitate work efficiency. Monitor consumption of materials and manage inventory effectively to minimize waste. Resolve any on-site plumbing issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and standards, as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing supervision on large-scale MEP projects. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Experience with various plumbing materials and installation techniques. READY TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
